Shipping policy

Shipping Times:

Typically at Emberwave Records we ship orders out once per week. These means you might wait 1 day for your order to ship, or almost a week for your order to ship. Shipping times are variable, but can range from 3 business days to 10 business days depending on what you purchased and where in the world you are.

Most of the time, most people will have their order within 2 weeks. But we are not Amazon. 

Jewel Cases:

If you purchase a CD packaged in a jewel case, we will not include the jewel case unless you purchase the add-on to include it. The reason is jewel cases are very expensive to ship in a way that won't break. Many people with CD's have extra jewel cases, and it's cheaper for you to buy empty jewel cases in a 10 pack and keep them on hand than it is for us to ship it to you. 

For example, you can get a 10 pack of empty jewel cases for about $15. But it will cost us around $5 extra to safety ship you 1 jewel case. 

Fortunately most of our CD's ship in wallets, jackets or digipacks which do not have the same problem. Every CD in a jewel case will be marked in the product description and will have the jewel case add-on on the product page.
